Returns

- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- To help us process your return quickly, please include your order number in your email to our customer support team.
Domestic Returns (Australia)
For domestic returns, our team will provide you with a QR code that you can use to drop off your return at your nearest Australia Post location. This ensures a hassle-free and convenient return process.
International Returns
For all international orders, please contact our customer support team to initiate your return. International returns are handled differently from domestic returns, and we will guide you through the process. We will cover all international return shipping expenses to ensure a smooth experience for you.

Replacements

Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate cancellation requests whenever possible.
- Orders That Have Not Shipped: If your order has not yet shipped or left our warehouse, it can be canceled without any issue. Please contact our support team promptly for assistance with canceling your order.
- Orders That Have Shipped: Once an order has been shipped and left our warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, you will need to wait until the item is delivered. Once you receive the item, you can initiate a return for a full refund. The refund will be processed once we receive the returned item in its original condition.

Shipping
